This No-Cleanse Matte LED Gel Top Coat is used for capping your designs or nail art backgrounds for creating a matte/ satin finish. Use this top coat over your favorite color of gel polish, cure in LED light and instantly get the nice matte finish without the tacky residue. Use this Matte Top Coat as a basis before applying Aeropuffing Gel Paste (it will only adhere to the matte/ satin surface of the nail) or Aeropuffing Reusable Stencils.
